Come and see how the knights and ladies prepare themselves for the tournament!
From February 2010 you are welcome to join us in Castle Dever, where knight Jan and lady Clara are the hosts of the tournament organised in honour of their wedding.
It is 1460, Knight Jan and lady Clara invite relatives and friends to a banquet and tournament. In the castle we see how they prepare for the festivities: knight Jan puts on his armour with the help of a shield-bearer. Lady Clara is getting ready for the tournament and puts on a beuatiful gown. In the kitchen the cook is very busy preparing the most delicious food. Come and see for yourself how a tournament is organised, what weapons the knights used, how it feels to sit on a horse on the tournament field.
